this fourth giveaway is to celebrate my fifth year in business! i can’t believe that it’s been five years of photographing so many amazing and wonderful families! and a crazy small bit of info that you may not know? i did not start photographing families! i started out my business photographing fitness models. six years ago, i was working with a fitness studio as a producer (i directed, shot and editing over a hundred workout videos) and photographer.
after a year of doing just fitness videos and photography, i shot my first family session for one of my best friends. and it was capturing their love over their newborn that my heart soared and i realized how much i love family photography. and that was how five years ago, i started a family photography side to my company which eventually, became my main speciality.
and these past five years has been amazing! it’s been a wonderful journey meeting so many families, seeing my images showcased in their home and knowing that i’ve given them something that they will cherish and pass down through the generations to come. to all my followers, families and cheerleaders, thank you to all for your support and love throughout the years. to watch your families and children grow is one of the biggest honors. it makes me feel so honored that you trust me to capture your lives through the years and can’t wait to see how we all grow.
to celebrate my fifth anniversary of being a family photographer, i’m giving away a traditional and fun session! i have been pretty booked up for the rest of the year since september (crazy!) but i left one weekend open in november for this giveaway. so before you enter the giveaway, please make sure that either sat, nov 21 or sun, nov 22 is available for you and your family. i shoot during golden hour and luckily during that time of year, the session will probably be around 2 or 3 depending on the weather.
